At last!

Finally, some easy terrain! Woke up early hoping to knock out some miles. Half way through, had a crazy climb up to Albert Mountain, but at the top I found a huge agricultural tower, which I promptly climbed. Greatest views yet! Ended up doing about 23 miles today!

106 miles in this journey so far. Got a short walk in the morning to Franklin NC for a re-supply, laundry, bad food, beer, and probably most importantly, a shower...

    I love reading about the small adventures! Everyday seems to bring something to discover... Even if it is just a tough, steep, climb or an awesome mountain top! Good job on the blog so far!

    Sad to say this is my first time checking out the blog :-/ Good stuff though! I am your ninth follower so I guess that means I'll get updates now? I do not know how blogs work. Anyway, I'll keep my fingers crossed for good weather, just get through this weekend which is supposed to bring lots of rain.
